Willie joined Xcel in 2023 as part of the Level Up Program. His educational background includes graduating from G-Star School of the Arts and currently pursuing a Virtual Design Construction (VDC) certificate, offered jointly by Hedrick Brothers Construction and the Xcel Mentoring Network. Willie’s dedication to his objectives, efficient time management, and outstanding performance in various activities demonstrate the competencies he has developed via the Xcel program.
